Our Rescue Partner Wildflowers TNR

We proudly partner with Wildflowers TNR for the adoptable cats placed in our lounge. Wildflowers TNR vets all cats prior to their coming to the lounge, and provides all food, litter, and any additional medical needs necessary. They also manage the adoption process for all of the cats. The portion of the adoption fee Wildflowers TNR keeps goes to support their trap neuter release program.

About Wildflowers TNR

Wildflowers TNR is working towards a world where cats are not born outside to struggle, and shelters and rescues are not full of cats and kittens needing good homes. Through TNR  (Trap, Neuter, Return) and assisting with responsible pet ownership, they are helping decrease the overpopulation of cats.

Why TNR is important

Wildflowers TNR is working towards a world where cats are not born outside to struggle, and shelters and rescues are not full of cats and kittens needing good homes. Through TNR  (Trap, Neuter, Return) and assisting with responsible pet ownership, they are helping decrease the overpopulation of cats.

TNR stands for; Trap, Neuter, Return.  Feral (unsocialized) cats are safely trapped, brought to a clinic for neutering and vaccianting, recovered, and returned to their home territory where their caretaker provides them food, clean water, and shelter.

And friendly adoptable cats are brought to the Knitty Kitty to Meet YOU!
