I understand that I will get a monthly check based on a percent of each item sold by The Knitty Kitty.

I understand that The Knitty Kitty has full responsibility on how they display my product.

I understand that there is no monthly fee to have my products on display at The Knitty Kitty but I may be required to put down a monthly deposit that will be returned if I bring in at least one item per month.

I understand that my products will need to be brought in to be restocked, or shipped in to be restocked.

I understand The Knitty Kitty can stop displaying my products at anytime for any reason. (with compensation for my unsold products)

I understand that submitting this form does not garentee my products in The Knitty Kitty shop or a partnership with The Knitty Kitty in any way.
